In the process of creating the European Research Area, it is crucial to remove obstacles to researcher mobility.
The EURAXESS Services network contributes to this process by providing key practical information to researchers and by giving feedback on the requested services to the European Commission and national stakeholders. The impact of the EURAXESS network also depends on how well it is known outside the network itself, i.e. among policy makers, funding organisations, hosts of mobile researchers and, last not least, the researchers themselves.
Thus, promotion and communication are of paramount importance for the success of EURAXESS.
